Erik R. Wagner

Erik R. Wagner received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986 and his law degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 1989. Over the past 19 years, Mr. Wagner has litigated thousands personal injury cases throughout California. Prior to joining The Scranton Law Firm in 1995, Mr. Wagner litigated wrongful death, products liability, asbestos and toxic tort cases. He is a powerful and effective advocate for accident victims, recovering more than $6,000,000 for his injured clients since 2007.

Mr. Wagner takes a very hands-on approach to his cases and personally guides all of his clients through the various stages of litigation. He is an active member of several legal organizations including the Consumer Attorneys of California, the California Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
