James L. Kohl

James L. Kohl graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley in 1981. In 1983, he received his law degree from the Golden Gate School of Law in San Francisco. Mr. Kohl is a diligent and tenacious trial lawyer with over 23 years of experience in California courts. Prior to joining The Scranton Law Firm, Mr. Kohl litigated workers compensation and personal injury cases throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a former United States Marine and has held various volunteer Board positions with community organizations such as the Trinity Methodist Church in Berkeley and the Oakland Tuners’ Mixed Choir.
