The Scranton Law Firm Fees

The Scranton Law Firm has been representing accident victims in California since 1973. Over the past 35 years, we have learned how to effectively prepare a case in order to maximize its value and get our injured clients the compensation they deserve. We work on a Contingency Fee basis which means:

You pay us nothing up front. We advance all the costs required to prepare the case. We receive a percentage of the recovery. If the case results in no recovery, we get paid nothing and you owe us nothing.

It often takes substantial money to prove liability and damages in a personal injury case. We advance these expenses and the other costs necessary to prepare the case. These costs, like our fees, are contingent on the outcome of the case. You are not required to reimburse our office the monies we advance on your behalf unless and until your case is successfully concluded. We never accept a settlement without client approval, we always keep our clients informed and we put all of our promises in writing.
